To that end we offer monthly plans that include sophisticated, 24x7 proactive monitoring and response including a fixed number of consulting hours to be used on any Oracle database in your shop.

Or if you'd prefer to just purchase a block of consulting time for your Oracle Database needs we can do that, too. Regardless, you won't ever be working with a pool of DBAs who must first become familiar with your environment before they can assist you.
